General Questions

Q: How many cars should we hire for our wedding day? A: The number of cars you’ll need depends on your wedding party size. At a minimum, you’ll need one car to transport the bride and the father of the bride to the ceremony. Consider additional cars for the bridal party, parents, and groomsmen. If you’re on a budget, some guests could travel in taxis.

Q: Who travels with whom? A: Traditionally, bridesmaids and the mother of the bride travel together. The bride and the father of the bride usually travel in a separate car. You may also arrange a car for the groom and his party to the ceremony.

Q: How long do we have use of the car for? A: Look for suppliers that offer flexibility in rental duration. Choose companies that rent out their cars for one wedding a day to avoid time restrictions.

Q: What if our ceremony and reception are in the same place? A: No worries! Even if your ceremony and reception are at the same venue, you can still enjoy your wedding car. Consider a special “Bubbly Run” after the ceremony, allowing the newlyweds some private time before re-joining the wedding party.

Booking Process

Q: How do I book a wedding car? A: After receiving your quote, complete the online booking form and pay the deposit to secure your car. The deposit is typically 25% of the total hire cost.

Q: When should I book a wedding car? A: It’s advisable to book your wedding car 12 months in advance to ensure availability, especially if you have a specific model in mind. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.

Payment and Pricing

Q: What payment methods are accepted? A: We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure online payment system.

Q: Is a deposit required? A: Yes, a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 60 days before the wedding.

Q: Will I receive a receipt for my payment? A: Yes, a receipt will be emailed to you immediately after payment is processed, detailing your transaction and any remaining balance.

Services and Inclusions

Q: What does the wedding car service include? A: The service typically includes chauffeur-driven trips to the ceremony and reception venues, with the car decorated with ribbons and bows. Additional services like champagne may be available upon request.

Q: Can the itinerary include multiple trips? A: Yes, we can accommodate multiple trips for the bridal party, subject to the quote provided. Additional trips may incur extra charges.

Day of the Wedding

Q: When will the driver arrive? A: The driver will arrive at the pickup location 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth start to your day.

Q: What if it rains on my wedding day? A: Our cars are equipped with umbrellas for your convenience, and our drivers are prepared to assist you in any weather.

Cancellations and Amendments

Q: Can I cancel my wedding car booking? A: Cancellations are subject to our terms and conditions. While deposits are non-refundable, we aim to accommodate date changes without additional fees, subject to availability.
